USCIS Increases Premium Processing Fees in February 2024
Published on December 29, 2023 USCIS has announced that it will increase the filing fee for Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing, starting February 26, 2024. Any Form I-907, Request for Premium Processing postmarked on or after February 26, 2024 with the incorrect filing fee will be rejected by USCIS. The premium processing filing fee for most Form I-129, nonimmigrant petitions and eligible Form I-140 immigrant petitions will increase from $2,500 to $2,805. Fees for premium processing of other
