Ryan Swanson represented the purchaser and current operator of 2200 Westlake in an off-market purchase and sale/swap transaction valued at over $100 million. The transaction involved the parties’ agreement to swap ownership of two shopping centers located in Seattle under two purchase and sale agreements. The transaction also required a statutory subdivision of the commercial condominium units comprising 2200 Westlake in order to segregate various retail components for purchase by our client, a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust.
