Ryan Swanson represents the project owner on all aspects of the development, including financing, construction, development, sales and brokerage of this residential condominium tower located near downtown Seattle. The project involved creating and documenting a joint venture agreement between international partners and negotiating a series of easements, covenants and similar agreements necessary to support construction and development.
