STADIUM PLACE

Ryan Swanson represents the developer of Stadium Place, a mixed‐use multifamily and retail complex located in the former Kingdome parking lot in Seattle’s Pioneer Square neighborhood. The project was constructed in 2014 and includes a 26‐story apartment building located about a football field from the home of the Seattle Seahawks and appropriately named “The Wave.”
