High-rise condominium project constructed on a 7,350 square foot lot near Seattle’s Pike Place Market. The 40-story structure expands to over 9,100 sf by cantilevering over its neighbor to the south.
For nearly ten years, Ryan Swanson has represented the project owner on all aspects of the development, including financing, construction, development, sales and brokerage of this 270-unit residential condominium tower located in downtown Seattle. The project involved creating and documenting a complex international ownership structure which supported over $100 million of construction and mezzanine financing and both EB-5 and preferred equity investment.
