UNION STATION

Historic restoration of a train station conversion to office use, now home to the headquarters of the regional transit agency. The project also included over 1.1 million sf of office space located immediately adjacent to the station and within one block of Stadium Place. Winner of a National Preservation Award for Historic Preservation.
