U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) received 233,000 applications for the H-1B lottery this year. USCIS expects to begin processing premium cases on April 27, but our office has already been notified of an acceptance! Advance degree applicants, which are selected first, might be selected around 75% and general category cases might expect a selection rate of 30%. Our immigration team is continuing to monitor the situation as we know it dramatically affects our clients and their employees who have filed petitions.
