When we hire an associate, it is the beginning of a mutually beneficial relationship. All of the firm’s members offer experience, guidance, feedback and support to associates. As a result, we expect associates will mature into valued, long-term members of our team.
New associates hit the ground running. They can anticipate direct client contact from the first day and responsibility helping with cases. The expectation is for associates to bill a minimum of 1,750 hours annually.
Associate meetings are held monthly and formal evaluations are conducted annually to further professional development.
Real Estate Attorney
Ryan Swanson is seeking a real estate attorney with 3-5 years’ experience to support and help expand our growing Real Estate, Development & Finance practice group.
Qualified candidates should have experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition, leasing, financing and development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with experienced attorneys who provide advice and services to clients to achieve their goals. Strong preference will be given to candidates who are licensed in Oregon or have the requisite experience and are willing to become licensed in Oregon.
