Attorney Benefits

In addition to our employee benefits, we provide paid parking, mobile phones, travel to industry association conferences, and allowances for business development and club memberships for attorneys. We also support active participation in continuing legal education programs at our expense and provide on-site Westlaw training as well as Internet research and computer training.

Working Here as an Associate

When we hire an associate, it is the beginning of a mutually beneficial relationship. All of the firm’s members offer experience, guidance, feedback and support to associates. As a result, we expect associates will mature into valued, long-term members of our team.

New associates hit the ground running. They can anticipate direct client contact from the first day and responsibility helping with cases. The expectation is for associates to bill a minimum of 1,750 hours annually.

Associate meetings are held monthly and formal evaluations are conducted annually to further professional development.
