Working Here as an Associate

When we hire an associate, it is the beginning of a mutually beneficial relationship. All of the firm’s members offer experience, guidance, feedback and support to associates. As a result, we expect associates will mature into valued, long-term members of our team.

New associates hit the ground running. They can anticipate direct client contact from the first day and responsibility helping with cases. The expectation is for associates to bill a minimum of 1,750 hours annually.

Associate meetings are held monthly and formal evaluations are conducted annually to further professional development.

Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC is seeking a litigation Associate with 3+ years experience in complex, general and commercial litigation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial office environment, while working closely with a dynamic group of experienced attorneys.

The ideal individual should have excellent writing skills, analytic acumen, energy and creative problem-solving abilities with superior interpersonal and client-management skills. We prefer candidates with a strong commitment to living in and serving the Pacific Northwest.
