When we hire an associate, it is the beginning of a mutually beneficial relationship. All of the firm’s members offer experience, guidance, feedback and support to associates. As a result, we expect associates will mature into valued, long-term members of our team.
New associates hit the ground running. They can anticipate direct client contact from the first day and responsibility helping with cases. The expectation is for associates to bill a minimum of 1,750 hours annually.
Associate meetings are held monthly and formal evaluations are conducted annually to further professional development.
