Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland seeks a junior to mid-level associate to join our Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of litigation experience and possess strong written and legal analysis skills.

The ideal candidate will have two to five years of strong real estate experience, particularly in commercial real estate transactions and commercial financings.  In addition, experience drafting condominium and/or plat development documents for common interest communities is a plus.
