Working with Us
Our summer associates enjoy challenging, diverse assignments and the opportunity to work in a variety of practice areas. As part of the program, summer associates develop their legal skills by researching and drafting memoranda, pleadings and briefs, corporate documents, and letters to clients. To gain practical experience, summer associates also may attend depositions, mediations, hearings, closings, client meetings, trials, or other business activities. Summer associates are included in firm activities, associate group meetings, practice group meetings, and training sessions.
Our attorneys provide a well-rounded learning experience and feedback throughout the summer to aid in the summer associates’ professional development.
Summer associates receive a salary competitive with similar firms in Seattle.
The firm plans a number of social and cultural events throughout the summer to help summer associates develop relationships within the firm.
