Adam has defended skilled nursing facilities, investors, private equity clients, group homes, and non-profit organizations in litigation arising from claims of medical malpractice, patient suicide, and wrongful death. Adam understands the business concerns of his healthcare clients and is committed to preserving their reputations through the successful resolution of a litigation matter.

Construction Defect and Transportation Liability
