Danielle Flatt



Danielle enjoys working with her clients to develop innovative and practical solutions for their legal issues. Her background includes experience in real estate, bankruptcy, and business law. As a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Finance team, Danielle represents clients with real estate matters involving:

  • Formation and governance of community associations under the Washington Common Interest Ownership Act
  • Representing developers and owners in the acquisition and disposition of real estate, including negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, joint venture agreements, and loan agreements
  • Review, negotiation, drafting, and enforcement of commercial leases including restaurant, office, and warehouse leases
  • Advising owners and contractors regarding professional services and construction contracts
  • Due diligence review during real property and business transactions
  • Preparing easement agreements, licenses, and deeds

Before law school, Danielle earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. During law school at Seattle University School of Law, Danielle interned at the Washington State Board of Tax Appeals, the Land Use Division of the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Office of the United States Trustee. Danielle enjoys combining her business and legal background to assist owners, entrepreneurs, and real estate investors with their legal needs.

Danielle is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association. Danielle volunteers in the King County Bar Association’s Neighborhood Legal Clinics. She is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington.
