Justin A. Yoon

Justin is an Associate in our Business and Intellectual Property practice groups, where he primarily serves a wide range of corporate clients, from startups to large enterprises, managing general corporate transactional matters.

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting and negotiating various business documents, including shareholder agreements, bylaws, operating agreements, employment contracts, service agreements, independent contractor agreements, promissory notes, licensing agreements, and confidentiality agreements. Additionally, Justin provides counsel on copyright and trademark issues.

Before joining Ryan Swanson, Justin held associate positions at Huck Bouma and Fuchs & Roselli, Ltd.
