SEATTLE (February 13, 2023) – Seattle-based law firm Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC announces Daniel F. Bugni has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Business practice group.
Daniel’s experience includes counseling and advising clients in business transactions, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities law. He has experience representing a wide range of companies, from start-ups to large public companies in a variety of industries including technology, healthcare, automotive, food, alcohol and restaurants, agriculture, manufacturing, financial institutions, and real estate. Daniel also has experience guiding companies and individuals through the litigation process and resolving their respective disputes via settlement.

Daniel graduated from the University of Portland in 2011 and received his Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark College in 2017.
