SEATTLE (March 12, 2025) – Seattle-based law firm Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC announces Grace Gilman has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate, Development & Finance and Community Associations groups.

Grace’s practice focuses on real estate law and corporate governance, advising clients on a range of legal matters with a focus on community governance issues.

She graduated from Santa Clara University in 2017 and received her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego in 2022.
