SEATTLE (August 4, 2025) – Seattle-based law firm Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC announces Darcy Roennfeldt, J.D., LL.M., has joined the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Estate Planning & Probate group.

Darcy’s practice spans complex estate and wealth planning, trust and estate administration, business succession, and fiduciary governance. She brings several decades of legal and fiduciary leadership experience to her practice, and has held national executive roles leading multidisciplinary teams of attorneys, CPAs, and wealth professionals across the country.

Darcy graduated from City University & Western Washington University, received her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law, and holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.
