2200 Westlake is a grocery-anchored shopping center located in the heart of Seattle’s bustling South Lake Union neighborhood, surrounded by the world headquarters of Amazon.com
Our Role
Ryan Swanson represented the purchaser of 2200 Westlake in an off-market purchase and sale/swap transaction valued at over $100 million. The transaction involved the parties’ agreement to swap ownership of two shopping centers located in Seattle under two purchase and sale agreements. The transaction also required a statutory subdivision of the commercial condominium units comprising 2200 Westlake in order to segregate various retail components for purchase by our client.
