Project Description
Fifth & Columbia is a 46-story mixed use tower consisting of office, hotel, parking and event space that was completed in 2018. The project involved a complete renovation of an historically significant church sanctuary and repurposing the building as a contemporary event space.
Our Role
Ryan Swanson represents the developer of Fifth & Columbia in all aspects of the project including leasing, financing, construction documentation and development. Development of Fifth & Columbia included negotiation of a complex development agreement with the neighboring property owner, under which the parties exchanged various easement and lease rights necessary for financing and construction of the project. This project also involved creation of a legal “airspace parcel” required to accommodate the tower’s cantilever into the airspace of adjacent property.
