High-rise condominium project on 7,350 sf. The 40-story structure expands to over 9,100 sf by cantilevering over its neighbor to the south.
Our Role
Representing owner on all aspects of the development, including financing, construction, sales documents, development, covenants, easements and brokerage agreements.
