Ryan Swanson’s summer associate program offers 2L law students firsthand experience working as associates at a distinguished law firm. We seek bright, motivated, and well-rounded law students. Our summer associates tackle diverse and challenging assignments across various practice areas. They develop legal skills through research, drafting memoranda, pleadings, briefs, corporate documents, and client correspondence. Practical experience may include attending depositions, mediations, hearings, closings, client meetings, trials, and other activities. Summer associates participate in firm events, associate and practice group meetings, and training sessions.
