Number of H-2B Visas For Fiscal Year Ending 9/30/17 to Increase by 15,000
Published on July 18, 2017 The USCIS and Department of Labor announced yesterday, July 17, that there will be a Final Regulation issued tomorrow, July 19, that will increase the number of H-2B visas by 15,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2017. These additional 15,000 visas will be granted on a first come basis to those employers who attest their businesses would suffer “irreparable harm,” meaning permanent and severe loss if these additional employees are not available to
