Tara Ghannam Binge joined Ryan Swanson as the Director of Human Resources in 2022. In this capacity, Tara collaborates closely with the Executive Committee, overseeing all HR functions including staff recruitment, professional development, performance management, regulatory compliance, and compensation and benefits administration.
Tara has over twenty years of experience working as a certified human resources professional in the legal industry. She is an active member, both locally and nationally, of the Society of Human Resources Management and the Association of Legal Administrators. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, socializing with friends, and boot camp fitness classes.
