Natisha Demko

Natisha joined Ryan Swanson in August 2016 and supports the immigration department in the areas of family-based immigrant visas and employment-based visa work. She has experience with petitions and applications for foreign relatives, naturalization, intra-company transfers, fiancé (E) (S), J-1 waivers, temporary protected status, and DACA. Natisha’s primary focus is helping clients with applications for lawful permanent resident status and citizenship, and working with employers for intra-company transfers.

Background
Natisha grew up in a small town in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. She relocated to the Bay Area for college where she received an M.A. in Literary Theory and Criticism, summa cum laude. She relocated to Seattle from San Francisco in 2015 with her husband. In her free time, Natisha enjoys books of all genres, going to live concerts and comedy shows, embroidering, and spending time with her rescue cat.
