Before relocating back to Seattle, Alaina worked for Snell & Wilmer, LLP in Orange County, California and Phoenix, Arizona. At Snell & Wilmer she worked with the product liability practice group and managed an active case load of both state and federal cases, including cases for one of the firm’s top clients, a major automotive manufacturer. She provided trial support for numerous trials in multiple states and was responsible for the creation and presentation of thousands of trial exhibits.
Alaina also has previous experience drafting trademark applications and creating trademark dockets for client trademark registrations and applications, both domestic and foreign. She is familiar with trademark procedures and drafting letters to clients to convey case updates and manage the closure of client files.
