Calli joined Ryan Swanson in April 2023 and supports the immigration department in the areas of employment- and family-based applications. They have experience with both immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions including Alien Relative petitions (I-130), Alien Fiancé(e) petitions (K-1), Alien Worker Immigrant petitions (I-140), Adjustment of Status, consular processing (DS-260), Removal of Conditions petitions (I-751), Specialty Occupations (H-1B), and USMCA Professionals (TN).
Calli grew up in Virginia where they attended the University of Mary Washington, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Mathematics. They moved to Seattle in the summer of 2018 and have since adopted two cats as well as dozens of houseplants. In their free time, they enjoy attending concerts, playing table-top roleplaying games, hiking/backpacking, coffee tasting, and spending time with their aforementioned cats.
