Mike joined Ryan Swanson’s executive team in 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in the legal field, including 15 years at the firm.
As Director of Administration, Mike works closely with the Managing Director, Executive Committee, and firm leadership to develop and implement policies, support strategic initiatives, and drive long-term planning. He also oversees the firm’s daily operations, administrative functions, and facilities management, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the firm’s goals.
Originally from Ohio, Mike moved to Washington after studying and working abroad. He now lives in Shoreline with his wife and two teenagers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, reading history and detective novels, and traveling.
