Premium Processing to Resume for H-1B Petitions
Published on March 11, 2019 USCIS has announced today that it will resume premium processing tomorrow, March 12th, for all H-1B petitions. Premium Processing has been suspended for all non-cap exempt H-1B petitions with the exception of H-1B petitions filed by the same employer requesting a continuation of previously approved employment without a change in the position, and petitions filed on or before December 21, 2018.
