SEATTLE (April 1, 2025) – Seattle-based law firm Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC announces Justin A. Yoon has joined the firm as an Associate in the firm’s Business Group.

Justin’s practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions and corporate transactions for clients ranging from startups to large companies.

He received his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and his M.B.A. from Loyola’s Quinlin School of Business in 2017. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia.
