SEATTLE (November 1, 2024) – Seattle-based law firm Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC announces David F. Betz has joined the firm as an of counsel in the firm’s Litigation and Real Estate, Development & Finance groups.
Dave brings over 25 years of experience as a seasoned civil litigator, representing businesses and individuals in a wide array of complex commercial disputes. His expertise spans contract, construction, real estate, and general litigation matters. Dave’s diverse client base includes residential and commercial property owners, business owners, homeowner associations, general contractors, and subcontractors. He is skilled in navigating all forms of dispute resolution, including trial and appellate litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

David graduated from the University of Michigan in 1994 and received his Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 1998. He has been selected to the “Washington Rising Stars” and “Washington Super Lawyers” lists by Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2004.
