SEATTLE (March 24, 2025) – Seattle-based law firm Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC announces George S. Treperinas has joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Business; Creditors’ Rights, Receivership & Finance; Estate Planning & Probate; and Real Estate, Development & Finance groups.
George has practiced law in Seattle, Washington, since 1985. His primary focus is assisting clients with acquisitions, investments, and liquidity events related to their business enterprises and real estate holdings. George also works with closely held and publicly traded enterprises, as well as high-net-worth individuals, on matters including formation, equity and debt financing, strategic planning, succession, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings and reorganizations, and general business needs.
George graduated from the University of Washington in 1981 and received his Juris Doctor from Willamette University School of Law in 1985. Over the past decade, he has been selected to the “Washington Super Lawyers” and “The Best Lawyers in America” lists multiple times.
