SEATTLE (May 20, 2020) – Seattle based law firm Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland, PLLC announces Kevin A. Bay will rejoin the firm as a Member in the firm’s Litigation; Corporate Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Finance; and Real Estate, Development & Finance groups. Kevin returns to the firm on May 20 after spending over six years with Tousley Brain Stephens PLLC.
With more than 25 years of trial and litigation experience, Kevin will continue his practice representing public and private companies in a wide variety of matters, including commercial disputes, contract claims, trade secrets, partnership and joint venture dissolutions, real estate development and construction, mechanics’ liens, maritime liens, business torts and bankruptcy cases He also represents land owners in eminent domain cases and other property matters.
“Kevin was an integral part of the Firm for many years, serving as our managing director for two terms,” said current Managing Director David Tift. “We’re proud to welcome him back as a member of our firm.”
Kevin received his B.A. from the Washington State University in 1984, and his J.D. from the University of Washington in 1990, the same year he began his law practice at Ryan Swanson. He has been listed as a Washington Super Lawyer in each of the past ten consecutive years and has been inducted as a Fellow to the Litigation Counsel of America.
