USCIS has announced that a second H-1B lottery will be conducted soon. Registrations will be selected from the pool of previously submitted electronic registrations using a random selection process. Once this second H-1B selection process is complete, USCIS will announce the results and notify all prospective petitioners whose registrations have been selected. Participants whose registrations are selected will receive an update on their myUSCIS account, containing a selection notice. This notice will provide all the necessary details regarding when and where to file the H-1B cap-subject petition.
