USCIS Starts Online Registration for Diversity Visa (DV) Program for FY-2023

The Department of State announced that online registration for the Diversity Visa (DV)-2023 program for permanent residency began on October 6, 2021, at 12:00 pm (ET) and end on November 9, 2021, at 12:00 pm (ET). Individuals who submit more than one entry during registration will be disqualified. Nationals from certain countries cannot participate because there has been enough immigrants from those countries in the past fiscal year. See the instructions in the link below for which countries do not qualify and for how to file for the diversity lottery. Be sure to file now rather than wait to the last few days when the site gets so busy that it cannot accept your application.
